How soon will my order ready?

Each order is unique and the amount of time it takes will depend. I will let you know what to expect through order correspondence. You are welcome to email me for a more specific estimate according to your project.

 

Do I order items from you to be embroidered or do I need to provide my own item?

Currently, I offer the personalized items that I supply in the seasonal section. If you prefer to have a separate item of your choice embroidered I would love for you to bring that to me!

 

How can I bring my item to you to be embroidered?

If you are local to the Dallas area, I will coordinate with you on a drop-off location. Alternatively, you may mail the item to me at your own expense. I request we connect via email PRIOR to you doing this and be sure to insure the item!

 

If I find an item online from another website and would like to have it embroidered, may I ship it to you directly?

In most cases, yes! Please see details above. I make my best effort to embroider everything! Certain limitations may apply due to the professional equipment that I use. Contact me first and we will see what we can do.

 

Are more font styles available than the ones offered online?

Of course! If you have a font you like from somewhere else feel free to contact me. By the way, I already have access to over 100 font styles. We can make it work!

 

Are different thread colors available than what I see online?

You may! I love color and wish I could offer every color example in the online store. I keep it simple, I made the tough decisions ahead of time. However, I do have access to a full range of colors including pantone, metallic, neon, and moonglow. Please leave me a note with any specific requests in the notes section of your order.

 

Do you make design recommendations?

I would love to do that! Please provide as much information as possible on what you would like to create and we will work together.

 

Are other motif or monogram options available for the online seasonal items?

Yes! If there is something else you would like to see, send me a note. Please know that modifications or up-charges may apply depending on your selections.
