Cancellation Policy
All event bookings are non-refundable due to the commitment of equipment, staffing, and scheduling required to execute on-site services.
Custom and porch drop-off orders that have already entered production are also non-refundable, as the items have been personalized specifically for the customer.
Embroidery Disclaimer
Embroidery is a handcrafted process, and while our team takes the utmost care in operation and quality control, occasional errors may occur.
In rare cases:
- Garments may be damaged
- Attendees may be dissatisfied with the result
Lucky Lemon Embroidery will make every reasonable effort to remedy the situation, which may include:
- Providing and embroidering a replacement item (if originally supplied by Lucky Lemon)
- Adjusting placement or re-embroidering when possible
- Working directly with the attendee or customer to find a satisfactory resolution
We cannot be held liable for replacement of items not originally provided by Lucky Lemon Embroidery.
Order Instructions & Miscommunication
We rely on customer-provided descriptions when fulfilling embroidery requests. Our team confirms font, thread color, motif, and placement before stitching wherever possible.
Occasional misinterpretations may occur due to:
- Handwriting or spelling errors
- Incorrect monogram formats
- Unclear or incomplete instructions
Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed in these cases, though we strive to ensure every customer leaves happy.
Limitation of Liability
Lucky Lemon Embroidery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or replacement costs, arising out of or related to the services provided.
Lucky Lemon Embroidery's total liability shall in no event exceed the total amount of fees paid for the contracted services.
Lucky Lemon Embroidery shall not be responsible for damages to, or dissatisfaction with, any items not originally supplied by Lucky Lemon Embroidery.
