Cancellation Policy
All event bookings are non-refundable due to the commitment of equipment, staffing, and scheduling required to execute on-site services.
Limitation of Liability
Lucky Lemon Embroidery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or replacement costs, arising out of or related to the services provided.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that Lucky Lemon Embroidery's total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall in no event exceed the total amount of fees paid by the Client for the contracted services.
When engaged by an agency on behalf of a client, these limitations of liability shall apply equally to both the agency and the end client.
Lucky Lemon Embroidery shall not be responsible for damages to, or dissatisfaction with, any items not originally supplied by Lucky Lemon Embroidery.
Embroidery Disclaimer
Embroidery is a handcrafted process, and while our team takes the utmost care in operation and quality control, occasional errors may occur.
In rare cases:
- Garments may be damaged
- Attendees may be dissatisfied with the result
Lucky Lemon Embroidery will make every reasonable effort to remedy the situation, which may include:
- Providing and embroidering a replacement item (if supplied by Lucky Lemon)
- Adjusting placement or re-embroidering when possible
- Working directly with the attendee to find a satisfactory resolution
We cannot be held liable for replacement of items not originally provided by Lucky Lemon Embroidery.
Order Instructions & Miscommunication Clause
We rely on attendee-provided descriptions when fulfilling on-site embroidery requests. Our team assists each attendee in:
- Selecting font, thread color, and motif (if applicable)
- Confirming placement visually and marking the item
- Completing an order form with requested details
However, occasional misinterpretations may occur due to:
- Handwriting or spelling errors
- Incorrect monogram formats
- Unclear or incomplete instructions
Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed, though we strive to ensure every attendee leaves happy.
Additional Items Clause
Lucky Lemon Embroidery reserves the right to decline embroidery on any items presented on-site that were not discussed or approved during the hiring process.
Acceptance of additional items is at the sole discretion of Lucky Lemon Embroidery based on:
- Fabric & stabilizer compatibility
- Machine limitations
- Time constraints
If approved, additional fees may apply and will be invoiced accordingly.
Overtime & Event Timing
Lucky Lemon Embroidery provides services during the scheduled hours outlined in the booking agreement.
If event conditions require extended service due to:
- Higher-than-anticipated attendance
- Increased stitch count or complex items
The Client must choose one of the following:
- Overtime Approval. Services may continue beyond contracted time at $250/hour, billed in 1-hour increments.
- Hard Stop. Lucky Lemon Embroidery will stop accepting new orders at a determined cutoff point to ensure completion of existing orders within contracted hours.
Overtime fees will be invoiced within 48 hours and are due upon receipt. Client authorizes overtime charges if approved verbally or in writing during the event.
Event Environment (Indoor / Outdoor Requirements)
Lucky Lemon Embroidery requires a stable and protected working environment to ensure proper machine performance and quality results.
For outdoor events:
- Protection from wind, moisture, extreme temperatures, and debris is required
- A covered or tented area is strongly recommended
Wind and environmental conditions can directly impact:
- Machine function
- Thread tension and stitching quality
- Overall production efficiency
If environmental conditions are not suitable upon arrival, Lucky Lemon Embroidery reserves the right to request adjustments, delay setup, or modify services as needed. All outdoor setups must be discussed and approved in advance.
Load-In, Parking & Distance Considerations
Due to the transport of heavy, professional embroidery equipment, the following must be clearly communicated in advance:
- Distance from parking / unloading area to setup location
- Availability of loading zones, elevators, ramps, or stairs
- Any restrictions on access times or entry points
If the setup location requires extended distance transport, multiple trips, or complex load-in conditions, additional labor or logistics fees may apply.
Failure to disclose these conditions prior to the event may result in delays and/or additional charges.
Specifications & Ways to Set Us Up for Success
To ensure a smooth and successful event, the Client agrees to provide:
- A designated setup space to be discussed with our team in advance
- Access to reliable power supply (standard outlets unless otherwise discussed)
- A point of contact on-site for questions and coordination
- Pre-approved embroidery menu (fonts, motifs, placements)
- Covered or indoor setup for optimal performance
- Clear communication of branding expectations or limitations
Client-Specific Requirements & Operational Requests
If the Client requires Lucky Lemon Embroidery to:
- Check off receipts or track purchases
- Verify attendee names or order details against external documents
- Follow brand-specific protocols or documentation processes
- Integrate into a larger event system or workflow
These requirements must be clearly communicated in advance. Additional time, staffing, or administrative requirements may result in additional fees, which will be discussed and approved prior to the event.
Agreement Acknowledgement
If payment is submitted prior to signing this document, or if the agreement is not signed before the event date, payment shall serve as automatic acceptance of all Lucky Lemon Embroidery On-Site Terms & Conditions.
